You're obviously stupid as fuck if you think arbitrayer has any potential and patience to become a scientist, doctor, "engineer etc etc".
If you need any specific math or science for a job, you'd relearn it as part of a curiculum repeated in a course, trufax.
Hence, any math or science learned after 4th-5th grade, or whenever most people learn basic algebra and geometry and stuff is not needed for the real world.
Any person without a disease or disorder is capable of learning whatever they want, it's the path they choose that determines said "intelligence". There's no such thing as a mental capacity, your brain is not a hardrive that will get overloaded with knowledge at any time in your life.
Everyone has the same ability to learn, if their spinal cord isn't in the shape of a J and they aren't perpetually confined to a wheelchair because their IQ is severely below borderline mental retardation.
With all that being said, arbitrayer displays no intent of improving any negative characteristics he displays (read: all), and he can and never will amount to anything, regardless of many degrees he has, and money he makes, he will always be nothing.
